Conference Sponsor – ($15,000) – One available

All the benefits as Scientific Sponsor, and

+ Increase speaker opportunity to 30 minutes on the agenda of the scientific program.

+ Recognition as the sponsor of the Keynote Address.

 

Scientific Sponsor – ($10,000) - Two Available

All the benefits as Discovery Sponsor, and

+ Speaker opportunity (20 min) on the agenda of the scientific program.

+ Sponsorship and public recognition of one student registration fellowship.

 

Discovery Sponsor – ($5,000) - Unlimited

All the benefits as Supporting Sponsor, and

+ Poster opportunity to be presented alongside scientific posters.

+ Special acknowledgement by lead conference organizer at start and close of meeting.

+ Exhibitor table: a table (1x2 m) will be at the sponsors’ availability for the duration of the meeting, where company materials can be showcased adjacent to the auditorium.

+ Roll-up banner: Position your roll-up banner (supplied by sponsor) by the table.

 

Supporting Sponsor – ($2,000) - Unlimited

All the benefits as Contributing Sponsor, and

+ 1-page advert inside the conference program booklet.

+ 2 promotional items (pens, inserts, pads with company logos) provided by the sponsor in the conference kit.

 

Contributing Sponsor – ($1,000) - Unlimited

+ Company/Organization logo will be featured on the conference website, program, and promotional material.

+ Brochure on literature table: space for brochures on the literature table.

+ Access to all educational sessions for registered exhibitors.

 

Notes:

1) The prices are negotiable within reason.

2) The sponsored talks for any level must be approved by the meeting chairs.  An abstract must be submitted for every talk. Only talks with a scientific aspect will be admitted, and pure marketing talks will not be accepted.  Please focus on advances on technology and methods that can be relevant for meeting members.

3) Sponsorships do not include cost of registration, as registration fees go toward room and board.
